There are many walls and barriers and area effect Manc. This is a thin barrier which when passed through by a victim causes them to become neurotic, either with extreme anger, or else extreme paranoia. The barrier is, by default, 20 feet long by 10 feet high and a few inches wide, but is invisible to all but the most keenly-eyed, and those sensitive to Manc.
When a victim passes through the curtain, regardless of height,
speed, or some protection Manc such as Protection From Evil, they must
make an immediate Save Vs Manc or become neurotic once they have
touched the curtain. Successful Save Vs Manc means they feel worried
for a moment before it passes away. Those that fail must then make two
other Saves instantly: Save Vs Paralyse and Save Vs Poison. Failing the
Save Vs Paralyse means they become paranoid that something is going to
go wrong any moment and it could be anyone or anything around them that
will cause it. Failing the Save Vs Poison means they become extremely
aggressive and angry at almost everything. Failing both Saves means the
effects combine. These effects could cause a warrior to attack
recklessly, a Mancer to quickly cast many stored spells, or a
stealthling to hide, run, or attack without thought of others. the
effects last as long as the Duration of the curtain.
The keen eyed can see a slight glimmer in light, almost like a curtain of the thinest gossamer hung before them, slightly waving in the light.Although it does not move, those that can see it say it does look like a shimmer from a silky, almost-invisible curtain. Those who are Manc sensitive can feel the curtain before they pass through. Both keen-eyed and Manc sensitives gain a bonus of +2 to their Save Vs Manc when passing through this Manc.
Banish Manc does not negate this Manc upon a victim. True Seeing negates it, while Restoration removes one of the failed Save effects (randomly). Two Restorations in succession would cure both effects.
The user of this Manc may make the curtain draw to one side to allow them to pass and then draw it back again. Should the user pass through the curtain they will be under the same chance of effect as any other victim.
By adding +3 Power Levels the Mancer may double the Duration or the size of one dimension (either length or height).Spell Casting:-

The scroll is read and then gestures determine the placing of the Manc.
The whip strikes a target area and the curtain springs out from there.
The wand and staff must be pointed and moved along as if drawing the curtain across as wished.
