Nescience is ignorance, the lack of knowledge. This Manc causes
complete ignorance in a victim. The victim makes a Save vs Manc or
becomes ignorant of almost anything, effectively becoming an idiot.
The victim retains instinctive knowledge, such as how to walk, run,
that fire burns, but loses all complex knowledge and learned skills and
abilities that have become second nature. While under this Manc the victim can not learn, their Intelligence becomes 10.
They will be unsure about companions or friends, but will remember
relatives, or deeply loved ones. A victim, including the user, can
voluntarily accept this Manc to take effect upon them without a Save Vs
Manc.
When the Duration ends the knowledge returns and the ignorance ends,
the victims remembers a time of stupefying fogginess and any
accomplishments they may have made while under the Manc. Restoration
ends the Duration instantly, and True Seeing negate and can resist this
Manc. Banish Manc does not affect this Manc, but will affect the victim
normally. The user can dispel this Manc at will if the Manc came from
any item other than powder or Ring.
By adding +4 Power Levels the Duration becomes 421 Days.
By adding +10 Power Levels the Duration becomes Permanent.
Spell Casting:-
Only vocals are necessary to cast this Manc. This Manc may be
Mindcast at +1 Power Level. The spell can affect a victim at range or
through touch.

Item Creation:-
The powder is red in colour and must mostly touch the victim to take effect.
The glove and wand can affect a victim at range or through touch.
The ring is worn and the effect takes effect without any save. The ring has no range and only affect the user for the Duration stated. If the ring is removed before the Duration has ended, the Rounds remaining are what is left as a Duration.
The scroll effects all within view up to a maximum of the Mancer's
Level x10. The Mancer may have to make INT and DEX rolls to ensure some
victims are not viewed, if in a crowd, or if the Mancer is distracted
or rushing. The user may dispel this Manc from all of the victims, they
may not dispel it from some of them.
