DIMENSION FORM

Times occur when Mancers find they have no access to an area or place. Perhaps a locked door bars their way, or else a pit trap they have fallen foul of has them being buried in earth. Dimension Form allows the Mancer the ability to transform their physical body into a malleable, almost two dimensional form. Their bodies become flatter and they can with concentration stretch, flatten, extend, or in any other way change their normal body's shape as they wish. The body can become so thin it can fit through a hairline crack. It can stretch to over 10 times its normal length, and shrink to a puddle just 1 foot across and an inch thick.

While in this form the user may act normally, attack, even cast Manc. they may perform any normal action, unless any change made to their form would prevent this. For example making oneself very thin and stretched width ways would make running forward difficult due to wind resistance.

The Manc has two forms. The first, and easiest, is the base form of the physical body becoming Dimension Form. Clothes, items carried etc, are all discarded and left behind while the body slips out of any restraints to move away. It is possible to remain in the users normal attire and carry weapons and armour etc., but they must be careful should they rearrange their shape or dimensions too much as then the attire may fall off or be dropped.

The second form is one that encompasses the user as a whole, including anything they were wearing, carrying, even touching if unattached to anything else, and as a whole the user can Dimension Form as they wish. Items that have been Dimension Formed and are then dropped are useless to anyone else while the Duration is in effect, as the item they pick up simply flows from their grasp like syrup and reforms on the ground.

With either form if cast on a target, then that target becomes unable to control their body's shape. It is at the mercy of the user. Once the Duration of either form ends the user returns to their normal shape, regardless of their present location. They must be aware of the time remaining or else they could get caught within a small space and kill themselves as their Manc wears off. Of course this Manc has many other uses other than just passing through narrow openings. It can allow a user to glide like a kite, float like a lilly pad, dodge missiles, even reach high places, or just hide in a small hollow or under a boulder. The possibilities are only restricted by the user's imagination.

Banish Manc and Restoration dispel the Dimension Form from the user or target. Free Movement can also allow a target to control their own body if they are familiar with this Manc.
