Siska Summa is an illusion-based Manc, which comes in two main forms and the number of light spheres produced varies with the power of the Mancer. It creates a mass of light spheres or balls, which swirl and dance about. This causes confusion and make visibility difficult.

To victims within the field it causes complete disorientation (a Save Vs Manc is needed to leave the field in a particular chosen direction). As the lights are an illusion and therefore do not physically exist, heat sensing or vibration sensing creatures that 'see' using these means are unaffected by this Manc and can not detect the lights. By default, failing a Save Vs Manc causes discomfort in those that see the lights and a penalty to any form of line of sight activity through or near the lights.

The First Form of Siska Summa are white or silver, 5-inch in diameter, balls of light. The minimum number produced is one but the maximum number that can be produced is equal to the caster's Intelligence x their Manc Level, in a field 1,000³ feet (10' x 10' x 10') x Level, although the caster may reduce this field size, number of spheres, or both as desired at casting. This First Form is more dazzling and disturbing than the Second Form.

The Second Form creates coloured lights, in varying sizes. The spheres may be from 2-inches in diameter to 12-inches in diameter, and these leave a blurred trail as they dance. They are also affected by movement within their field. This Second Form causes more confusion than in the First Form, as well as some nausea in some victims (Save vs Hitting).

Increasing either Form's Power by +2 causes the field to be centered upon a single victim. Increasing the Power Level by 10 allows this Manc to become permanent.

Banish Manc, True seeing, Blindness (which then takes effect), and Free Movement all lessen or remove the effects of Siska Summa. Restoration has no effect on this Manc, but may alleviate any conditions caused by it upon a victim. Mindcasting increases the Power by +2. Gestures are essential as is the ability to see.

Item Creation:-

Only one pellet is formed in creation.

The glove must have silver thread in its construction or decoration.

The potion may be drunk and stored for up to four Rounds before it takes effect.

Ingredients included in creation are scales from a butterfly's wing, 3 fresh carrots or similarly brightly-coloured vegetables, and 3 drops of melted candle wax. A pinch of Allent's horn dust, ensures success of completion. A Yarlap-mere or Parilyn touching the butterfly's scales lowers the Power Level by -3.
