+13% Seduction.
-10% Prowl (all eyes are on the beauty)

A character with a low P.E. is a plain Jane or pug-ugly.

P.B. of 5, 6, or 7 have the following modifiers:-

-5% in the skills: Gambling, Intelligence (gathering), Performance, Public Speaking, and Undercover Ops.
-30% Seduction.
+10% Interrogation.

P.P. of 3 or 4 have the following modifiers:-

-10% in the skills: Gambling, Intelligence (gathering), Performance, Public Speaking, and Undercover Ops.
