The jet paralyser fires a stream of magnetic artificial fibers at the target, spreading out like an octopuses tentacles to ensnare the target. These fibers then instantly wrap around the target, coiling around to coccoon the target, before hardening to restrict any movement or action. Once caught the target can be releaed with a simple electronic pulse of the correct wavelength. The coccoon has Armour Points of 10 (once hardened) and an effective strength of 70 to resist the target breaking out.
