9. DRIVE

Ability and training in driving ground vehicles. Minimum Rating needed to safely drive a normal vehicle is 30, this does not have to be wheeled but any vehicle considered "heavy" or "specialist" needs a minimum skill rating of at least 50. Any skill Rating below these minimums is presumed incomplete training or trial and error learning. Specialities over 75 gain the ability to perform tricks and stunts without a severe penalty.
