Pistols - Sure Aim:
The user takes greater aim than normal, this modifies Initiative by
+20, but gives Acc +20 (if skill Rating above normal Acc of the weapon). Also
Critical hits result in DMG x2 after all other modifiers have been applied. Can
be used for Called shots at -10 Acc. Only useable at Sight x 20m maximum.
Cost: 40 XP.
