Allows general cleaning etc. and gives knowledge of simple repairs, complex cleaning methods, deconstruction, reconstruction and the ability to recognise weapon quality. It reduces the normal chance of a jam by 50%.
Cost: Free once original skill Rating reaches 80 or costs 10 XP if below 80. Must take for each pistol model.
